What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit / debit cards and PayPal.

Shipping:

How much is shipping?

All orders over $40 ship for FREE! For non-qualifying orders, shipping prices are calculated at checkout. Prices vary depending on the selected shipping method.

How long does shipping take?

Transit times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Orders will ship out via USPS Ground Shipping or Priority Mail.

When will my order ship out?

All orders placed before 5PM EST (M-F) will ship out within 48 hours. Business hours do not include weekends or holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, a USPS tracking number will be created and emailed to you. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive it.

My tracking information has not updated. What should I do?

Occasionally, USPS tracking numbers will show no movement for several days and update on the day they are scheduled for delivery. If your tracking information has not updated in 5 business days, please contact us HERE.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes! All orders are shipped out via USPS, so we have the ability to ship to a PO Box.

Do you ship internationally?

No, right now we only ship orders to the 50 US States.

My order says delivered, but I did not receive it.

Please reach out to your local Post Office with your provided tracking number. If they are unable to resolve the issue, please Contact Us - we will work with you and the Post Office to get you taken care of.

My order arrived damaged.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Support immediately! We will do everything we can to get you taken care of as quickly as possible.

When will I know when my refund has been processed?

We will notify you via email once your refund is processed. Depending on your chosen payment option, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your refund is issued for the funds to be posted to your account.
